Finger Bits

The one step sintered routers are used for cutting granite, quartz, hard stones, porcelain, etc.. Standard sintered router have normally 5 segments and are available with diameter 20 to 24mm. Routers with only 4 segments are proving efficient at cutting very hard materials. The electroplated router is the router for marble. The step –cut bits is used on semi-automatic machines to cut slabs. This consist on cutting in several steps only 2-3mm each step. This solution is very useful today even on big powerful cnc machines to cut slab thicker than 4cm or to cut extremely hard granite.
