The D.100 Diamond Grinding Cup Wheel is designed for professional grinding, edge shaping and finishing on porcelain tiles, ceramic, porcelain stoneware, sintered stone and other ceramic materials, delivering fast material removal and outstanding finishing quality.

Its design allows precise grinding at both 90° and 45°, making it the ideal solution for bevel edges, mitre joints and professional tile finishing applications.

The specially engineered profile ensures smooth, fast and controlled grinding, reducing vibration while improving operator comfort. Its thin steel core lowers the overall weight of the tool, providing better handling and increased precision.

Available in two diamond grit sizes to suit different stages of the grinding process:

  • 60/70 grit: aggressive material removal.
  • 100/120 grit: fine grinding and surface finishing.

The grinding cup can be used dry or wet, providing maximum versatility for workshop and on-site applications.

Designed for 125 mm angle grinders operating up to 11,000 rpm, it is the perfect solution for professional tile installers, stone fabricators and ceramic processing specialists.
