The DISTAR ELITE ACTIVE Diamond Grinding Cup Wheel is designed for professional grinding, leveling and surface preparation on marble, granite, quartz, natural stone and other hard materials, delivering exceptional durability, smooth operation and outstanding finishing quality.

Its high-quality diamond segments remove material quickly and efficiently while maintaining excellent control, making it ideal for grinding flat surfaces, edges and stone profiles.

The cup wheel is available with or without flange, allowing users to select the configuration that best suits their equipment. Multiple diamond grit sizes are also available to match different grinding and finishing applications.

The 00 and 0 grit versions can be used dry or wet, while the finer 2 and 3 grit versions are recommended for wet grinding only, providing smoother finishes and extended tool life.

Every DISTAR ELITE ACTIVE grinding cup wheel undergoes an individual runout quality inspection, ensuring perfect balance, reduced vibration and maximum machining precision.

Designed for use with approximately 1 kW angle grinders, it is recommended to operate at a maximum speed of 5,000 rpm using a grinder equipped with variable speed control.
